Then our referral program is just the thing you need!

Here's How it Works 

Spread the word about Recess Theatre! Invite friends and family to enroll in our classes, camps, or private lessons. 

Have them list your name on their registration form in the free response box for "How did you hear about us?" 

Earn $25 credit toward any Recess Theatre class, camp or program of your choosing! (This credit cannot be used for private voice lessons). You will receive this credit each time someone includes your name on their registration form! 

We will send you an email listing any credit you have received!

Recess Payment Policies


After registering for a class, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provide with your registration. The invoice will be for the full price of all classes registered for, along with any discounts from multi-class registrations or coupon codes. The total amount can be paid via cash, check made out to “Recess Theatre”, or by credit or debit card by following the instructions on the invoice. The purpose of the invoicing is to provide individual billing to each parent, which includes a copy of the paid invoice once payment has been received.


All invoices will be due EITHER 2 weeks (14 days) after the date the invoice is sent, OR on the first day of classes (whichever is sooner). If, for any reason, you are unable to pay the full total on the invoice, you can e-mail Jonathan at info@recesstheatre.com to discuss payment options.  If payment is not made by the due date, and you have not discussed a payment plan with the staff, you will be notified by the staff and your registration will be voided. You may attempt to register again at a later date if you desire, but be aware that space is limited in classes, and registration alone does not guarantee you a spot in a class. Your payment will hold your child’s place in a class, so it is important that payments are made by the date stated on your invoice.

In the event that a student needs to drop a class after payment has been made, refunds are available up until 7 days prior to the start of a class. If a refund is requested more than 3 weeks from the first day of a class, a 75% refund will be issued. If requested between 1-3 weeks from the start date, a 50% refund will be issued. One week before the start of classes, no refunds will be given.

Recess Theatre reserves the right to cancel any class due to lack of enrollment. Any cancellation will be announced one week before the class's start date and a full refund will be issued. 


Any discount will be applied to your invoice. When using a coupon code, no other discounts or promotional offers will apply. Each registration is only allowed one discount. We will always honor the best discount possible. For example, if you register for 2 classes and have a coupon for 20% off, you will ONLY receive 20% off, you will NOT receive the 10% off multi-class discount.


Multi-class discounts are applied per parent. If you are registering more than one child, use the same email address on each individual registration form. We will then send ONE invoice to the parent for both registrations, and the multi-class discount will be applied. So whether you register one child for 4 classes or 2 children for 2 classes each, you will be eligible for the highest multi-class discount.
